In my previous role I was a Digital Product Manager for the Learning Records Service (LRS) - an IT shared service designed to create an efficient and connected education data landscape. I provided strategic leadership and direction for the overall service, as well acting as the product owner throughout the development lifecycle. I led a medium-sized team of up to 15 people to ensure the vision and roadmap for the service are achieved.

Leading a diverse team of IT professionals (developers, testers, DBAs, data stewards etc.) within the Data Science division, to deliver high quality systems and data focused products to the Department and related agencies.

Managed a team of 5 data analysts, and together we were responsible for the strategic data analysis work that supported policy-making decisions by the Agency and it's parent department (Department for Business, Innovation & Skills).
